Who sells

How to order

Orders are placed through Instagram (@aa.studiohouse) by direct message. Before you pay, we confirm in writing the item, size, colour, total price and delivery details. An order is binding once you have received our confirmation and paid.

Payment

Payment is by bank transfer. After you confirm your order, we send you our bank details and the exact amount. We prepare and dispatch your order once the payment has arrived.

Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Delivery costs are shown separately before you pay.

Delivery

We ship with Omniva and DPD within Latvia, the Baltics and Europe, and with UPS or FedEx worldwide. The carrier, delivery cost and expected delivery time depend on where you live. We tell you all three, in writing, before you pay.

Ordering from outside the EU may involve customs duties or import taxes, which are paid by the recipient.

Returns: 14 days

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This right is set out in the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Law and Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 of 20 May 2014, "Noteikumi par distances līgumu" (likumi.lv). More information: ptac.gov.lv.

To return, tell us clearly by email to hello@alterstudio.eu (for example: "I return my order of [item], received on [date]"). You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.

Send the goods back to us without delay, and no later than 14 days after you told us of your decision. We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of your return notice. We may wait until we have received the goods back, or you have shown proof that you sent them. Goods must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all labels attached.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Faulty or wrongly delivered goods

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us at hello@alterstudio.eu with your name, the item and photos. As a consumer you are protected by the legal guarantee for goods under EU and Latvian law, and we will repair, replace or refund as the law requires.

Complaints

Send complaints to hello@alterstudio.eu. We reply within 5 business days. If we cannot resolve it, you may contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia (PTAC, ptac.gov.lv).
